Monday, April 29:
8:30 – Symposium on administrative justice, hosted by Tunisia’s administrative court and Democracy Reporting International. Location: El Mouradi Hotel
9:00 – The state’s National Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC) is hosting a “study day” on impunity. Location: Hotel Golden Tulip Mechtel
9:00? to May 3 – Opening of the fourth round of negotiations between Tunisia & the EU on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA or ALECA by its French acronym), according to reports.
9:00? – Driving instructors are set to have a strike in front of the Ministry of Transportation over what they say is the ministry’s failure to consider their demands over price fluctuations, the state-owned La Presse reported Thursday April 25.
9:00? – Parliament’s Security and Defense Committee is conducting a field visit, according to the official parliamentary website.
10:00 – Parliament’s General Legislation Committee will hold a hearing with the minister of finance and the Tunisian Profession Association of Banks and Financial Establishments to examine law No43/2018, according to Marsad Majles, the parliamentary watchdog project of NGO Al Bawsala.

9:00 – A “national” seminar is being hosted by the Association for Economic and Social Research (ARES) on the topic of stopping the Tunisia-EU Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA or ALECA by its French acronym) currently under negotiation. 11:00 – Protest called for by the association “To Oppose Violence Against Women” in front of the Ministry of Women, Families and Children to demand the provision of decent working conditions and transportation for agricultural workers following numerous road accidents that have killed in particular female agricultural workers.
