Monday, November 25:

10.00 I Watch press conference: announcing the results of the Government Defense Integrity Index GDI 2020, ranking the Tunisian military’s transparency in relation to Middle Eastern and North African militaries. Paper copies of the report will be distributed in Arabic and English. Location: Hotel Africa.

17:30 Presentation/Discussion hosted by Barr Al Aman on the topic of “When International Corporations Sue States”. Location: Barr Al Aman- 7 Rue Ibn Tachfine, 1002, Tunis.

18:00 Friedrich Ebert Stiftung is hosting a discussion between pundit Haythem El Mekki and Jörg Gertel, author of Coping with Uncertainty: Youth in the Middle East and North Africa.  Location: Café Quatrième Art.

Tuesday, November 26:

8.30 Conference on the role of women journalists and media workers in the field, and freedom of expression in the digital age. Organised by Digital Citizenship. Speakers are journalists from different Arabophone countries. Location: Dar Ben Gacem.

Thursday, November 28:

17.30 Book presentation: Dynamics and Migration Policies of Europe in the Sahel, organized by Research Institute of Contemporary Maghreb Research (IRMC). Location: IRMC 20 Rue Mohamed Ali Taher, 1002 Mutuelleville, Aryanah.

Friday, November 29:

8:30 Conference: Nuclear disarmament: Time to Act. Organized by the international campaign for the abolition of nuclear weapons (ICAN). Location: Law Faculty (Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, Politiques et Sciences Sociales.)

18:00 El Teatro hosts the Tunisian painter Emna Kahouaji’s art exhibition “Azal” (Eternity). Location: El Teatro.

Saturday, November 30:

09:00 The first day of a forum hosted by International Alert Tunisia on the Social Solidarity Economy. Location: Majestic Hotel Tunisia.

9:00 The opening of the first edition of the Architectural Days of Carthage (J.A.C) organized by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the Order of Tunisian Architects, the National School of Architecture and Urbanism, and the Agency for Heritage Development and Cultural Promotion. Location: Culture City.

Sunday, December 1:

Final day of the International Alert Tunisia forum on the Social Solidarity Economy. Location: Majestic Hotel Tunisia.
